Q. Does the annual policy cover me for travel / other items such as lost baggage, cancellation or other medical expenses?

No, this cover is only Personal Accident for those partaking in skydiving.

Q. Do you cover non UK residents?

Sky Cover only provides insurance for UK residents (it does not cover residents of the Channel Islands or Isle of Man).

Q. Do you offer cover for use of vertical wind tunnels?

Yes, both our single jump and multi jump policies cover the use of vertical wind tunnels.

Q. What age of skydiver can buy sky cover insurance?

For either multi jump or single jump policies we can insure anyone from 18 years old up to 75 years old on the day of their jump.

Q. When will my documents be issued?

If you buy online your documents will be issued straight away and sent to you by email (please make certain you enter the correct email address). If you call our automated telephone service we will email your documents on the next working day.

Q. What happens if my jump is postponed due to circumstances beyond my control?

Simply complete our jump change form or call us on 0844 892 1515 during office hours (9:00am to 5:00pm) and we will note the change on our records. We will not need to issue a new schedule of insurance as your original will still be valid.

Q. Will I be covered if I leave incorrect card details or my payment rejects?

If you are purchasing cover on the website our secure credit card system will tell you if your payment hasn't been accepted.

If you leave you details on our 24 hour telephone service and they are incorrect we will try to call you on the next working day to take the correct card details and if we can't get hold of you by phone we'll email you. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment has been accepted, and whether or not an incident occurs, the premium will be payable. If you wish to make a claim under the policy, this will not be processed until the premium has been paid in full.

If you've bought a single jump policy but your jump is postponed due to our glorious weather you can change the date of cover.
